As a consultant, you focus on advising and implementing.
This is what you will do as a Consultant / Trainer Business Central
In this role, you will divide your time between consultancy and training & knowledge transfer. You will carry out your consultancy activities for Axelio and also provide training within our own Axelio Academy.
60% Consultancy
As an ERP Consultant, you are the strategic link between client needs and the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You advise, guide, and implement future-proof ERP solutions for Axelio's clients. You do this in the domain of trade and production.
You will be involved in:
- Analyzing and translating business processes into efficient ERP solutions.
- Advising on and implementing Microsoft Business Central (cloud-first).
- Actively thinking about the development of our services and approach.
- Guiding implementation processes with a focus on quality, future-proofing, and working from the standard functionality that Microsoft offers. You do this in connection with the client, with a strong focus on the added value that the implementation provides for a client.
40% Training & Knowledge Transfer
In addition to consultancy, you play an important role within our Axelio Academy, where you transfer your knowledge to clients and professionals.
You will, among other things:
- Provide functional training to end users and key users.
- Conduct sessions around Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Develop and update training materials.
- Guide clients in adoption and change management.
- Contribute to the further development of the training offerings of the Axelio Academy, utilizing the possibilities that AI offers.
So you are not only strong in content but also energized by standing in front of a group and transferring knowledge.
This is what you can expect from us
You earn between €5,000 - €7,000. You can also receive extra bonuses, depending on your performance and that of the organization.

You already have extensive experience in the world of ERP and know how important it is to listen well, ask questions, and explain complex matters clearly.
What we are looking for in you:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or similar.
- Extensive experience with ERP implementations (with Dynamics365 Business Central).
- Experience in providing training or workshops.
- Strong analytical skills and persuasive power.
- Affinity with production or trade environments.
- You feel at home in a role where you combine content, strategy, and training.
- You are communicatively strong and know how to involve people in change.
- You are curious, eager to learn, and like to follow the latest developments in the field.
