Content Marketer
With your sharp pen and smart use of AI, you bring our brand and services to life. You actively engage with customers, industry experts, and colleagues. You understand that content must contribute to the marketing objectives of the organization and therefore vigilantly oversee the content planning, keeping the key KPIs in sight. By using AI tools, you optimize not only the content but also the processes behind it, allowing for continuous improvement and innovation.
What you will do as a Content Marketer at Axelio
As a content marketer, you ensure continuous visibility among our target audiences in the various sectors in which we operate. You do this by offering content in various forms that seamlessly aligns with their needs. Think of catchy campaigns, enlightening customer cases, provocative LinkedIn posts, and converting email flows. You also cleverly use AI to analyze trends, optimize content, and accelerate processes, ensuring that your communication is always effective and future-oriented.
You oversee the content planning and ensure the right content and design for our website and social media channels. With the help of AI tools and data analysis, you continuously optimize these, allowing us to grow organically. Additionally, you write content that brings our brand to life.
You are ultimately responsible for all external and internal communication: from press and news releases to important internal updates. By embracing AI, you work smarter, faster, and with more impact.
What you can expect from us
You earn between €3,500 - €4,500 on a full-time basis.
We offer you a mobility budget that you can use for a lease car, a lease bike, public transport, or receive as a gross allowance.
A good balance between work and private life is important and varies for everyone. At Axelio, you receive 28 vacation days and have the option to buy or sell 5 days.

What we expect from you
As an independent content marketer, you are a true specialist who feels responsible for substantive and creative content.
- You have a completed higher professional education, preferably in the field of communication, journalism, or commercial economics.
- You have several years of experience as a copywriter.
- You have an affinity for AI and understand how AI tools can enhance the content process. You are curious about new applications and know how to use them smartly to work more efficiently and creatively.
- Meticulous: you won't be caught making a spelling mistake. Every period or comma is in the right place.
- Independent: in a fast-growing team, you find your own way. With your experience and knowledge, you are a true specialist.
- Creative: you dare to think differently and step outside the box, but you don't go overboard. You never lose sight of the target audience.
- If you have knowledge and experience with Canva, AI tools, and/or Adobe packages, that is an absolute plus.
