Junior Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant
We are looking for a Junior Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant who is curious about business processes and wants to learn how to make them smarter, more efficient, and user-friendly with technology. With our location in Groningen as your base, you will work alongside experienced colleagues on CRM solutions that truly help organizations move forward. You will develop your skills in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform and learn how to bring together analysis, design, and optimization in practice. What you will do as a Junior Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant
At Axelio, it's not just about technology, but about the big picture. As a junior, you will learn how CRM solutions connect to the daily practice of the client and how you can think along and contribute step by step.
You start by observing and participating: you immerse yourself in the client, their processes, and the challenges they face. Together with mid-level and senior consultants, you assist in analyzing needs, configuring Dynamics 365, and connecting systems. You support implementations and learn how to test, improve, and prepare solutions for use.
During and after implementation, you help support users, answer questions, and implement small optimizations. Gradually, you will take on more responsibility and independence in projects.
You will work on various projects for clients in different sectors. At Axelio, you never work alone: your team guides you, thinks along with you, and helps you grow. Together we celebrate successes and learn from each other.
What you can expect from us
You will earn between €3,000 - €3,500. You can also receive extra bonuses, depending on your performance and that of the organization.

What we expect from you
You are eager to learn, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented. You:
- Have a completed higher professional education in business administration, ICT, marketing, or a similar field.
- Have an interest in CRM, business processes, and Microsoft technology.
- Preferably have some experience with Dynamics 365, the Power Platform, or similar systems (for example, through internships, graduation, or a first job).
- Think in possibilities and are open to learning and receiving feedback.
- Are energetic, proactive, collegial, and communicate clearly.
- Want to build your own development within a growing organization.
