What you will do as a Junior Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant
As a Junior Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant at Axelio in Nootdorp, you will learn how to translate customer wishes into smart solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will work closely with mid-level and senior consultants and will be gradually guided through the entire implementation process.
You will start by learning to understand the customer: how do their processes work, what challenges do they face, and how can Dynamics 365 help with that? You will assist in analyzing requirements, setting up Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, and testing solutions. As you progress, you will gain more independence and responsibility.
You will primarily work for clients in the business services and non-profit sectors. For non-profits, we use our own solution: Social Matters, which helps organizations increase their social impact. Additionally, you will become acquainted with the Power Platform and other modern Microsoft technologies, allowing you to build a broad foundation within Customer Engagement.
You will not only learn the technology but also how to communicate with clients, think about optimizations, and collaborate in project teams. You will regularly attend client meetings, allowing you to experience the practice up close and grow quickly in your role.
What you can expect from us
You will earn between €3,000 - €3,500. You can also receive extra bonuses, depending on your performance and that of the organization.
We offer you a mobility budget that you can use for a lease car, a lease bike, public transport, or receive as a gross compensation.

What we expect from you
You are eager to learn, enthusiastic, and motivated to develop yourself as a consultant. You:
- Have a completed higher professional education (e.g., business administration, ICT, marketing, or similar).
- Have an interest in CRM, business processes, and Microsoft technology.
- Preferably have some experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or similar systems (internship, graduation, or first job).
- Are analytical, think in solutions, and dare to ask questions.
- Are communicative and enjoy collaborating with colleagues and clients.
- Want to invest in your own growth and enjoy contributing to a growing organization.
