From our locations in Groningen and Nootdorp, we specifically focus on educational institutions and trainers. Our team helps organizations improve their processes with smart CRM solutions.

This is what you will do as New Business Sales

The consultants in Groningen and Nootdorp work daily on solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform. They analyze processes, design smart solutions, and build systems that help organizations work more efficiently and communicate better with their customers and students.

As New Business Sales, you play an important role in expanding our customer base within the education sector. You work closely with consultants and marketing to identify opportunities in the market and connect new customers to Axelio.

At Axelio Groningen and Nootdorp, the focus is on educational institutions and trainers. In this role, you focus on building new relationships, developing, and realizing opportunities within this sector.

You help organizations gain insight into how they can digitize their processes with Microsoft solutions and work with consultants to provide suitable solutions.

Your tasks:

  • Primarily responsible for new business within educational institutions and trainers.
  • Identifying opportunities in the market and guiding prospects from first contact to closing the deal.
  • Building sustainable relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Collaborating with consultants, marketing, and partners such as Microsoft to realize successful projects.
  • Working with other Axelio companies to sell as broad a portfolio of solutions and services as possible to your new customers (cross-selling).
  • Building and managing a healthy sales pipeline in the CRM system.
  • Representing Axelio at events, fairs, and industry meetings within education.
  • Contributing to the further development of the education market within Axelio.

What you can expect from us

Compensation

You earn between €4,500 - €6,000, plus a variable bonus.

For this role, we are looking for a commercially driven professional with experience in new business sales and relationship building. You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment, see opportunities in the market, and enjoy helping organizations with their digital development.

Additionally, you enjoy collaborating with consultants and other colleagues to arrive at the best solution for the customer.

Additionally, you bring the following:

  • You have a completed higher professional education.
  • At least 3 years of successful experience in new business sales or business development.
  • Experience selling mission-critical SaaS solutions to medium to large companies.
  • Knowledge and experience with value-based solution selling.
  • The ability to engage with various stakeholders within organizations.
  • A proactive and results-oriented attitude.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar systems is a plus.
