This is what you will do as Team Leader Support

At Axelio, you will have the opportunity to further shape our support organization. You are not only the point of contact for customers with complex issues but also the coach and motivator of the support team. Together, you ensure that our customers get the most out of their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement environment.

As Team Leader Support, you have a versatile role where you combine leadership and hands-on work. You are the first escalation point for incidents and complex customer inquiries. You distribute the work within the team, monitor the quality of our services, and keep an overview of ongoing support cases.

You support your colleagues in their daily tasks and are their mentor and sparring partner. When necessary, you take on support tickets yourself, resolve incidents, or provide advice on optimizations in Dynamics 365. Additionally, you actively work on process improvement within the support organization: from professionalizing work methods to increasing customer satisfaction.

You also contribute ideas on how we can better support our customers post-implementation and play an important role in further developing our services. We are looking ahead: we want to make our solutions and processes smarter using AI. You think about how we can use AI in a practical and valuable way to help our customers even better.

What you can expect from us

Compensation

You will earn between €4,500 - €5,500. You can also receive additional bonuses, depending on your performance and that of the organization.

What we expect from you

  • A completed higher professional education.
  • Several years of experience in a support role around business applications, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or similar CRM solutions.
  • The ability to prioritize well and maintain oversight in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the talent to gain trust from both customers and colleagues.
  • Experience in coaching or leading a team, or the ambition to take that step.
  • A hands-on mentality combined with a strong sense of process and quality.
  • You are customer-oriented, stress-resistant, and enjoy guiding and inspiring colleagues.
